At Delete.Autos, we know that waiting for parts can delay your entire project. That is why we have streamlined our logistics to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
The vast majority of our products—including EGR Delete Kits, L5P Kits, and Exhaust Cutouts—are stocked and shipped directly from our California, USA distribution center. Domestic transit times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure prompt delivery.
3. International Shipping & Global Manufacturing
For our international customers (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.), or in cases where a specific item is temporarily out of stock in California, we will dispatch your order directly from our Huizhou, China manufacturing facility. International shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Digital Delivery (EZ Link Tuner Files)
Custom tuning profiles for the EZ Link Tuner are delivered digitally. Once you link your device to our technician via the cloud app, your custom tunes will be pushed directly to your smartphone within 24 to 48 hours of providing your vehicle information.
5. Worry-Free Delivery Protection
We stand behind our shipments. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you are fully covered under our Worry-Free Delivery Protection policy. Our 24/7 support team will immediately investigate and issue replacement parts at no additional cost to you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Delete.Autos is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If you notice an error in your address, please contact our support team immediately before the order is dispatched.
