1. Off-Road Use Only Policy

All DPF, EGR, DEF, and SCR delete kits, exhaust components, and tuning software sold on Delete.Autos are strictly intended for closed-course, off-road competition use only. They are not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles driven on public streets, roads, or highways. By purchasing these products, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that they will not be installed on a registered highway vehicle.

2. User Responsibilities

As the purchaser, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your vehicle complies with all local, state, provincial, and federal laws regarding vehicle emissions. Delete.Autos assumes no liability for any fines, penalties, or vehicle impoundments resulting from the improper or illegal use of our products.

3. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery. A standard restocking fee may apply. Custom tuning files (such as those provided via EZ Link Tuner) are digitally delivered and VIN-locked; therefore, they are strictly non-refundable once the file has been generated and sent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Delete.Autos and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Delete.Autos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, engine damage, drivetrain failure, or voided factory warranties. Professional installation is highly recommended for all products.
